About us

RTS is a family owned and run training company, who have been trading since early 2019 and pride ourselves on delivering fun, informative and interactive courses, where the learners leave engaged, encouraged and enabled to go back to their job roles and make a difference.

Since we started our business in May 2019, as a family we have navigated our way through a traumatic time in July 2019, when a family member was almost killed in a road traffic accident , whilst on a day out in Hampshire. Over the following three months, we prioritised our family and the business took a back seat. In October we pick up the reigns again and ploughed full steam ahead until the pandemic hit in March 2020.

We were able to diversify to offer our clients on line learning until we were free to deliver face to face training again

We have grown year on year, and in 2023 took on our soon to be son-in-law as a trainee trainer, and also we added a part time sales director

We are proud to say that during 2023 we were nominated for six awards at the Business Awards UK and was delighted to win Business Training Manager of The Year, Best Internal Training Management System and Best Employee Development Programme.
