Terms and Conditions

(1) Terms & Conditions, Payment (in full) is required at the time of Booking a Space/course to secure the Space/course and confirm your booking.

(2) Notice period and charges for cancellations:
We understand that there may be times where cancellation of spaces/courses is unavoidable. Please get in touch & inform us in writing/email as early as possible of any cancellations or alterations you need to make to your booking,

Please note where a minimum of 28 days notice prior to the start date of the course is given we will refund to you 100% of the monies paid for the Spaces/course booked.

Where a minimum of 21+days days notice prior to the start date of the course is received we will refund to you 75% of the monies paid for the Spaces/course booked.

Where 14+days notice prior to the start date of the course is received we will refund to you 50% of the monies paid for the spaces/course booked.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS WHERE LESS THAN 14 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE COURSE IS GIVEN AS PART OF OUR TERMS OF USE.

(3) All candidates are expected to behave in a respectful manner to both their peers and our Trainer. Candidates who are Late,appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused admission to the course or be asked to leave the course so not to adversely affect the other candidates on the course.

(4) Our Trainers have and will exercise the right to stop/end the course immediately if any of the candidates behaviors are deemed inappropriate and feel that their Personal Safety or that of the group is at risk. PLEASE NOTE IN THIS SITUATION NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.<
